IDEA cellular company has decided to charge its customers who call their customer care service. 50 paise for every 3 minutes will be charged. From 21-3-2010 it will be effective in Tamil Nadu.
Supporters of private company must think over. Why and when a subscriber calls a custome care service? Is it not for redressing his grievance on service? Is it fair to charge it? But IDEA has shown the path. Others like Airtel, Aircell, Vodofone etc will follow soon, we may expect.
This is mere beginning. If BSNL is not in the field, they will not hasitate to have open loot from customers. But who will understand this?
