JAC Meeting to-day - 0 6.12.10 condemned through a resolution the screening of agitation scenes in bad taste in a closed circuit TV of corporate office by GM(A). Meeting also urged the intervention of CMD BSNL to arrest the vindictive behaviour of the GM (A) BSNL CO. CMD took immediate action to stop the display of agitation scenes in closed circuit TV as well as in Notice Boards.
FNTO is seeking intervention of Hon’ble Kerala High Court:
FNTO has challenged the application of existing code of discipline for BSNL verification of membership and demanded new recognized rules with minimum Trade Union facilities and proportionate representation in councils. Hon’ble Kerala High Court has issued notices to BSNL MANAGEMENT and other respondents. Lets us hope for the best.
