78.2% IDA merger for non-Executives

It is learnt that BSNL Committee has recommended merger of 78.2% IDA instead of 68.8% to Executives but not to Non-Executives.The JAC has won the demand for executives by its agitations & not for N/Es. This is another example of BSNLEU's hidden agenda for agitations.
