PENSION REVISION FOR PRE-2007 RETIREES

Cabinet memo awaits approval of Minister of Communications. Thereafter it will be circulated to other ministries for their comments.

 2007க்கு முன் ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்கள் பென்ஷன் விஷயமாக கேபினெட் தயாரித்துள்ள குறிப்பு தொலைதொடர்பு அமைச்சர் அனுமதிக்காக வைக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. அவர் அதைப் பார்வையிட்டு அனுமதித்த பிறகு மற்ற அமைச்சகங்களின் கருத்தினை அறிவதற்காக சுற்றுக்கு விடப்படும்.

Time to submit options for New promotion policy will be extended

GM (Establishment) has agreed to extend the last date for option under NEPP Scheme. Clarification is yet to be issued.

ஊழியர்களது புதிய பதவி உயர்வுக்காக அளிக்கப் படவேண்டிய விருப்பங்களைக் கொடுப்பதற்கான தேதியை நீட்டிப்பதற்கு ஜி.எம் (எஸ்டாப்ளிஷ்மெண்ட்) இசைவு தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார். ஊழியர் தரப்பிலிருந்து கேட்கப் பட்டுள்ள பல விளக்கங்களை இன்னும் நிர்வாகம் அளிக்கவில்லை என்பது குறிப்பிடத் தக்கது.

JAC met CMD BSNL today.

All the leadrs of JAC BSNL met CMD today at 1800 Hours. Sri K.Vallinayagam, GS represented FNTO. The CMD was elaborate about maintaining and increasing profitability of the company and requested the cooperation of the staff. The JAC also suggested several measures to be taken to achieve this. Then JAC leaders raised the issue of 78.2% IDA merger. The CMD, initially refused quoting BSNL's financial position and was not agreeable. Our leaders effectively argued and presented several justifications and pleaded for the 78.2% merger is financially viable. Convinced by the staff side reasoning, CMD has agreed to place our points in the ensuing BSNL Board meeting to be held on 30-7-2010.

கூட்டு நடவடிக்கைக் குழுவின் அனைத்துத் தலைவர்களும் இன்று மாலை 6 மணிக்கு சேர்மனைச் சந்தித்தனர். அவர்களிடம், பிஎஸ்என்எல்லை இலாபகரமாக இயங்க வைக்கத் தேவையான நடவடிக்கைகள் பற்றி மிக விரிவாக சேர்மன் உரையாற்றி, ஊழியர்களின் ஒத்துழைப்பை வேண்டினார். நமது தலைவர்களும் கம்பெனி இலாபகரமாக இயங்க பல ஆலோசனைகளை அளித்தனர். அதன்பின் ஊழியர் தரப்பு உடனடியாக 78.2% ஐ டி ஏ மெர்ஜர் தரப்படவேண்டுமென்று கோரிக்கை விடுத்தது. கம்பெனியின் நிதிநிலையைக் காரணம் காட்டி அதை ஏற்க மறுத்தார். ஆனால் இது சாத்தியமே என ஊழியர் தரப்பு பல விவரங்களை அளித்த பின், அவர் அதை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு எதிர்வரும் 30-7-2010ல் நடைபெற உள்ள பிஎஸ்என்எல் நிர்வாகக் குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் விவாதித்து முடிவு காண்பதாகச் சொல்லியுள்ளார்.
