Our posting yesterday "Pay anomaly -- senior getting less than Junior" may be read with this letter dated 23-9-2009. We would like to clarify that the latest letter -- guidance -- has been issued to redress the grievances of officers. For Non-executives, the recognised union must move administration to get similar guide lines. But will it?
