DOT யால் ஊதியக்குழுவின் பரிந்துரைகளை பரிசீலிக்கமுடியாது, நிர்வாகத்துடன் உடன்பாடு எட்டினால் மட்டுமே பரிசீலிக்கமுடியும் என்று அந்தப் பரிந்துரைகள் திருப்பி அனுப்பப் பட்ட நிலையில் ஊழியர்களை ஏமாற்ற திரு நம்பூதிரி யுனைடெட் போரத்தின் அனைத்து சங்கச் செயலர்களும் உடனடியாக சம்பள உயர்வு உத்திரவுகளை வெளியிடக் கோரி டெல்லியில் ஏப்ரல் 12ல் உண்ணாவிரதம் இருக்கப் போகிறார்களாம். இலாகாவுக்கு அறிவிப்பெல்லாம் கொடுத்தாகி விட்டதாம்.

Hunger Strike by Namboodiri -The Great Tamasha : Namboodiri says today that " DOT is understood to have objected that formal agreement has not been signed between the management and the recognised union as required, which was refused by the management even after continuous pressure from the union before approval by the management committee and BSNL Board"  and protesting this delaying tactics his United Forum will sit on indefinite Fast from 12.04.2010.  
Had ever once Namboodiri told or wrote that his Union insisted on signing the wage Agreement before it was sent for approval to the Management Committee and BSNL Board? Can he display one such communication or write up he made in this regard? The Indefinite fast is only a cover up to hide his failure rather his foolishness of not even knowing that the Wage agreement has to be signed by the parties concerned, i.e., the Recognised Union and the Management. After all, he was the first signatory in the first wage agreement and he could not even remember that. 
The tall claim that he insisted signing the Wage Agreement but the Management has refused is a blatant lie. 
We have a question for all : Why Namboodiri has immediately accepted formation of JAC by including BSNLWA and to modify his one day Strike call to an Indefinite one on Sam Pitroda committee recommendations, when just two months ago he was so adamant that only his UF will negotiate Revision of Wages for the NEs - even though he had to settle for the lowest quotation, inspite of BSNLWA offering him all the support for a united struggle?

அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சங்கமும் , BSNL நிர்வாகமும் கையெழுத்திடாததால் நமது ஊதிய மாற்ற பரிந்துரை DOT-யால் திருப்பி அனுப்பப்படுகிறது என்று சென்ற மூன்றாம் தேதி அன்று தான் நாம் எழுதினோம். அது உண்மை என்று இன்று நம்பூதிரி ஒப்புதல் வாக்குமூலம் தந்துள்ளார். ஆனால், தான் அப்படி ஒரு இரு தரப்பு ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டிருக்கவேண்டும் என்பதை அறிந்திருக்கவில்லை என்று ஒப்புக்கொள்ள அவருக்கு மனமில்லை. அதனால் ஒரு பொய்யை அவிழ்த்து விட்டிருக்கிறார்- தான் பலமுறை அப்படி ஒரு ஒப்பந்தம் போட வேண்டும் என்று வற்புறுத்தியும் நிர்வாகம் கேட்கவேயில்லை என்றும், வேண்டுமென்றே காலதாமதம் செய்யும் நோக்கில் அப்படியே DOT-க்கு அனுப்பிவிட்டது என்றும் நாக்கூசாமல் பொய் சொல்கிறார். அப்படி அவர் சொன்னதற்கான ஒரு ஆதாரத்தையாவது காட்ட முடியுமா? இத்தனைக்கும் சென்ற ஊதிய மாற்ற ஒப்பந்தத்தில் முதல் கையெழுத்திட்ட பெருமை பெற்றவர் அவர் ! ஆக தன்னுடைய முட்டாள்தனத்தை மறைக்க நிர்வாகத்தின் மீது பழி கூறி 12.04.2010-லிருந்து கால வரையற்ற உண்ணாவிரதம் என்று ஊழியர்களான நம்மை முட்டாள்களாக்க பார்க்கிறார்! நம்பூதிரியின் இந்த ஒரு தவறால் மட்டும் நமது ஊதிய மாற்றம் ஒரு மாதம் தள்ளிப்போகிறது . ஓட்டு போட்டதன் பலன்களில் இதுவும் ஒன்று !

Wage revision delayed?

Q;        Whether the DOT has returned the wage revision file?

A:         If it is true then it shows the casual attitude of the BSNL authorities. The ignorance of recognized union (BSNLEU) is astonishing on each such occasion.

Q:        United Forum has given agitation call to settle wage revision?

A:         It is only to cover up their failure to get the wage revision.

Due to intoxication BSNLEU is ignoring in rallying other non executive unions once again.
