If VRS is not
thrusted by management on employees and if VRS is offered with a good and negotiated
package, we will not oppose.
But, if VRS is compulsory and package is not suitable,
FNTO will oppose it and will launch agitation.
Now, it is
learnt that management has submitted a VRS proposal to Government and the same
has not been approved so far. In the meanwhile management is consulting all the
service unions on various options.
