தொலைத் தொடர்பு சேவைகளைப் பற்றி வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் மிகுந்த திருப்தி தெரிவித்ததாகவும்,
அதிலும் குறிப்பாக, வாடிக்கையாளர் திருப்தியில்
வோடஃபோன் முதலிடத்திலும் BSNL இரண்டாமிடத்திலும் இருப்பதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.
The level of satisfaction of
telecom customers in the state is high, reveals a report by the Telecom
Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The report of the independent
agencies engaged for customer satisfaction survey of telecom services,
released on January 30 by TRAI, places Vodafone in number one position in terms
of customer satisfaction followed by BSNL.
