புயல்/வெள்ள நிவாரணம் வழங்க ரூ.1.8 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு

சமீபத்திய ”தானே” புயல் ஏற்படுத்திய பேரழிவின் காரணமாக தமிழகம் மற்றும் புதுச்சேரி மாநிலங்களில் கடுமையாகப் பாதிக்கப் பட்டுள்ள கடலூர் மற்றும் புதுச்சேரி தொலைத்தொடர்பு மாவட்டங்களைச் சேர்ந்த BSNL தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு உரிய நிவாரணம் வழங்க வலியுறுத்தி FNTO தமிழ்மாநிலச் சங்கம் CGM மற்றும் GM(Finance) ஆகியோரைச் சந்தித்து கடிதம் கொடுத்து விரிவாக விவாதித்ததைத் தொடர்ந்து மாநில நிர்வாகமும் விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுத்ததின் பயனாக, தற்போது BSNL கார்ப்பரேட் அலுவலகம் 1.8 கோடி ரூபாய் அனுமதித்துள்ளது. இந்தப் பணத்தைக் கொண்டு, கடலூர் மற்றும் புதுச்சேரி SSA தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு புயல்/வெள்ள நிவாரண முன்பணம் வழங்கப் படும்.

Tamil Nadu Circle Union of NUBSNLW/FNTO had already taken up the case for grant of Relief to the BSNL Workers, belonging to the Cuddalore and Puducherry Telecom. Districts, who are the victims of the recent “Thane” cyclone. In response to the efforts taken by Tamil Nadu Circle Administration, BSNL corporate office has sanctioned Rs. 1.8 Crore towards grant of Cyclone/Flood Advance to the workers of Cuddalore and Puducherry SSAs.
