There is a relaxation in the Affordability clause under section (c) of Annexure-II (Para 5) of the DPE orders.
As per the above DPE guidelines, Affordability condition is NOT applicable to BSNL and BSNL employees are entitled for implementing the 3rd Pay Revision with 15% Fitment Benefit.
