துணிந்து நில், தொடர்ந்து செல், தோல்வி கிடையாது தோழா !

16/09/2019 அன்று நடைபெற்ற 8-வது உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பு தேர்தலில் தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் பெற்ற வாக்குகள் 18/09/2019 அன்று எண்ணப்பட்டன.  அகில இந்திய அளவில் 48,127 வாக்குகளை (43.44%) பெற்று BSNLEU முதலிடத்தையும், 39,132 வாக்குகளை (35.32%) பெற்று NFTE இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 4,829 வாக்குகளை (4.36%) பெற்று BTEU மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், 4,275 வாக்குகளை (3.86%) பெற்று FNTO நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

தமிழகத்தில் 3,838 வாக்குகளை (50.33%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 2,831 வாக்குகளை (37.12%) பெற்று BSNLEU இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 388 வாக்குகளை (5.09%) பெற்று FNTO மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், 111 வாக்குகளை (1.46%) பெற்று BTEU  நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

காரைக்குடியில் 171 வாக்குகளை (61.96%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 68 வாக்குகளை (24.64%) பெற்று FNTO இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 29 வாக்குகளை (10.51%) பெற்று BSNLEU மூன்றாமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

மதுரையில் 327 வாக்குகளை (39.25%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 325 வாக்குகளை (39.01%) பெற்று BSNLEU இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 98 வாக்குகளை (11.76%) பெற்று FNTO மூன்றாமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

கேரளா, ஜார்கண்ட், கொல்கத்தா தொலைபேசி ஆகிய மூன்று மாநிலங்களில் FNTO இரண்டாமிடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத் தக்கதாகும்.

இதில் கவனிக்க வேண்டிய விஷயம் என்னவென்றால், அகில இந்திய அளவில் முதலிடமும், தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் இரண்டாவது இடமும் பெற்றுள்ள BSNLEU சங்கம், ஜார்கண்ட் மற்றும் Northern Telecom. Region ஆகிய இரண்டு மாநிலங்களில் மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், BSNL தலைமையகமான கார்ப்பரேட் அலுவலகத்தில் (347-க்கு 19 வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி) நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.

அதேபோல, தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் முதலிடமும், அகில இந்திய அளவில் இரண்டாவது இடமும் பெற்றுள்ள NFTE சங்கம்,  கொல்கத்தா தொலைபேசி மற்றும் வடகிழக்கு-I ஆகிய இரண்டு மாநிலங்களில் மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், கேரளா மாநிலத்தில் (6482-க்கு 373 வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி) நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.

கடந்த 2016-ல் நடைபெற்ற 7-வது உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பு தேர்தலில் 2.96 சதவீத வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி நான்காமிடத்தைப் பெற்றிருந்த BTEU சங்கம், இந்த தேர்தலில் 4.36 சதவீத வாக்குகளை வாங்கி, FNTO-வைப் பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளி, மூன்றாமிடத்துக்கு முன்னேறியிருப்பதும் கவனத்தில் கொள்ளவேண்டிய விஷயமாகும். ஆந்திரா, குஜராத், இமாச்சல், ஹரியானா, மத்தியப் பிரதேசம், மஹாராஷ்ட்ரா, பஞ்சாப், ராஜஸ்தான், உத்திரப் பிரதேசம், தெலுங்கானா ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் BTEU சங்கத்தின் வாக்கு வங்கி உயர்ந்திருப்பதே அதற்குக் காரணமாகும்.

BSNLEU சங்கம் கொடுத்த அழுத்தத்தின் அடிப்படையில், எந்த சங்கமும் வேறெந்த சங்கத்துடனும் கூட்டணி அமைத்து தேர்தலில் போட்டியிடக் கூடாதென்று நிர்வாகம் உத்தரவிட்டிருந்த போதும், NFTE சங்கம் மறைமுகமாக TEPU, SEWA, SNATTA ஆகிய சங்கங்களுடன் மெகா கூட்டணி அமைத்து இந்தத் தேர்தலைச் சந்தித்தது ஊரறிந்த ரகசியம். எந்தக் கூட்டணியும் இல்லாமல் FNTO தனித்தே தேர்தலை எதிர்கொண்டது.  FNTO தனித்து நிற்பதைப் பலவீனமாகப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்த இரண்டு சங்கத்தினரும், FNTO உறுப்பினர்களைத் தங்களது இலக்காக்கிக் கொண்டு இல்லந்தோறும் சென்று பல்முனைத் தாக்குதல்களில் ஈடுபட்டு, ஜெயிக்கும் சங்கத்துக்கு வாக்களியுங்கள் என்று FNTO உறுப்பினர்களை வற்புறுத்தியும் மிரட்டியும் அவர்களது வாக்குகளைக் கவரக் கடும் பிரயத்தனம் செய்தனர். இவற்றையெல்லாம் புறந்தள்ளி, இந்தத் தேர்தலில் FNTO ஒன்றுமில்லாமல் போய்விடும், இரண்டு சதவீத வாக்குகளைக்கூட வாங்காது என்ற பலரது கனவுகளையும்/ஆரூடங்களையும் பொய்யாக்கி, 3.86 சதவீத வாக்குகளைப் பெற்று FNTO நான்காமிடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளதானது - தேசியச் சங்கத்தின் மீது நம் தோழர்களுக்கு இருக்கும் உறுதியான உணர்வின் வெளிப்பாடேயன்றி வேறில்லை.

மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை தேர்தல் வரும், போகும். ஆனால், ஐம்பதாண்டு காலப் பாரம்பரியம் கொண்ட, ஊழியர்களின் முன்னேற்றத்தை மட்டுமே குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டு பாடுபட்டு பல்வேறு சாதனைகள் புரிந்த தேசியச் சங்கம் - தோல்விகளைக் கண்டு துவண்டுவிடாமல், தொழிலாளர்களின் உரிமைகளுக்காகக் குரல் கொடுப்பதில் தொடர்ந்து முன்னணியில் இருக்கும் என்ற தோழர்களின் நம்பிக்கை வீண்போகாது.

தேசியச் சங்கத்தின் பிதாமகர் K.R. காட்டிய வழியில் நமது தொழிற்சங்கப் பயணம் தொய்வின்றித் தொடரும். காலம் வெல்லும்.

8th MV Election Meeting at Sivaganga - 12/09/2019

A well attended meeting in connection with the 8^th Membership Verification Election was held at Sivaganga of Karaikudi SSA on 12/09/2019 under the presidentship of Sri S.Arumugam, Branch Secretary. He welcomed every one and emphasized the need of voting for FNTO to save the BSNL and its employees. Sri A.Vasu, Branch Secretary, Tiruppattur and Circle Vice President delivered a brief speech on the election trend and the voting pattern during the past membership verifications. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District Secretary and Asst. General Secretary spoke elaborately about the achievements of FNTO since its formation and the sufferings of the employees due to the failures of the inefficient recognized unions. The meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sri A.Vincent Paulraj and members from Sivaganga, Manamadurai and Tiruppattur Branches participated with fervor.

8th MV Election Meeting at Karaikudi - 06/09/2019

A special meeting was held at GM(O), Karaikudi on 6/9/2019 in connection with the 8th Membership Verification Election. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District  Secretary and AGS presided over the meeting and delivered his  Presidential address. Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Circle President and Jt.GS elaborately spoke on the achievements of FNTO. Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary and AGS explained the failures of the recognized unions. Sri A.Vasu, Circle Vice-President, Sri S.Kalipandi, Circle Organising Secretary and Sri B.Manoharan, District Secretary, BDPA(I) were present on the dias. The need to Vote for FNTO in this election at this crucial juncture was stressed by one and all. About 50 members participated in the meeting enthusiastically.

TN Circle Working Committee - Madurai - 10/08/2019

Circle Working Committee meeting of FNTO, Tamil Nadu Circle was held at Madurai on 10/08/2019 in a grand manner. Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Joint General Secretary and Circle President of the union presided over the meeting and delivered his presidential address. Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary welcomed everyone and explained the aims and objectives of the meeting. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District Secretary, Karaikudi SSA inaugurated the CWC. Sri K.Vallinayagam, former General Secretary and Advisor of the union delivered his key-note address and introduced an unique method of group discussion among the activists towards the membership verification. After lunch, Sri M.Nainar, District Secretary, Tirunelveli SSA kick-started the debate on organizational review and all the District Secretaries and the Circle Office Bearers participated in the debate effectively. Finally, Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary of the union summed up the discussions held in the subject Committee and the meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sri S.Parthiban, Circle Treasurer. The District Union of Madurai SSA had made elaborate arrangements for the CWC meeting.

Resolutions passed in the CWC:

1.   BSNL Administration should invite all applicant unions and discuss the 3^rd wage revision issue immediately.

2.   BSNL Administration should invite all applicant unions and discuss about the revival package of BSNL immediately.

3.   At the same time, DOT should provide immediate financial assistance for meeting the essential and urgent needs of BSNL. DOT should ensure that BSNL’s service is not affected because of the present financial crisis by releasing the amounts due to BSNL from DOT immediately.

4.   Immediate arrangements should be made to make payment of the wage arrears due to the Contract Labourers for several months, considering the hardships faced by their families.

தமிழ் மாநிலச் செயற்குழு - 10/08/2019 - மதுரை

FNTO சங்கத்தின் தமிழ் மாநிலச் செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் 10/08/2019 சனிக்கிழமையன்று கூடல்மாநகர் மதுரையில் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. அகில இந்திய இணைப் பொதுச் செயலாளரும் தமிழ் மாநிலத் தலைவருமான  தோழர் D.சந்திரசேகரன் தலைமை வகிக்க, மாநிலச் செயலாளர் தோழர் R.ஜெயபாலன் வரவேற்புரையாற்றினார். காரைக்குடி மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் தோழர் G.முத்துக்குமரன் செயற்குழுவைத் துவக்கி வைக்க, முன்னாள் அகில இந்தியப் பொதுச் செயலாளரும் சங்க வழிகாட்டியுமான தோழர் K.வள்ளிநாயகம் சிறப்புரையாற்றினார். மதிய உணவு இடைவேளைக்குப் பிறகு, திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் தோழர் M.நயினார் அமைப்புநிலை விவாதத்தை தொடங்கிவைக்க, தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்துப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் வந்து பங்கேற்ற மாவட்டச் செயலாளர்களும், மாநிலச் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களும் விவாதங்களில் கலந்துகொண்டு தமது செழுமையான கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தனர். இறுதியாக, மாநிலச் செயலாளர் தோழர் R.ஜெயபாலன் விளக்கவுரையாற்றிடவும், மாநிலப் பொருளாளர் தோழர் S.பார்த்திபன் நன்றிநவில கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவடைந்தது. மதுரை மாவட்டச் சங்கம் மாநிலச் செயற்குழுவிற்கான சிறப்பான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்திருந்தது.

மாநிலச் செயற்குழுவில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள்:

1. BSNL நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக அனைத்து பதிவுபெற்ற சங்கங்களையும் அழைத்து, “3-வது ஊதிய உயர்வு” பற்றிய பேச்சுவார்த்தையை துவக்க வேண்டும்.

2. BSNL நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக அனைத்து பதிவுபெற்ற சங்கங்களையும் அழைத்து, “BSNL-ன் புனரமைப்பு” பற்றிய பேச்சுவார்த்தையை துவக்க வேண்டும்.

3. அதே சமயம், BSNL-ன் அத்தியாவசியத் தேவைகளுக்கான நிதியை DOT நிர்வாகம் ஒதுக்கித் தரவேண்டும். மேலும், BSNL-ன் Network சேவை பாதிக்காமலும், BSNL-க்கு வரவேண்டிய நிலுவைத் தொகைகள் கிடைப்பதற்கும் DOT நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

4. பல மாதங்களாக ஊதியம் வழங்கப்படாமல் இருக்கின்ற ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு, அவர்களின் குடும்ப நலனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, உடனடியாக நிலுவை ஊதியத்தை வழங்க வேண்டும்.
