புதுமாதிரி தீபாவளி 2019

எது மாதிரியும் இல்லாமல், புதுமாதிரியாய் இந்த ஆண்டு தீபாவளி...

முன்பெல்லாம் போனஸ்  வாங்கி தீபாவளி கொண்டாடினோம். கூடுதலாக விழாக்கால கடன் வேறு. கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக போனஸ் இல்லை, இந்த ஆண்டு விழாக்கால கடனும் இல்லை.

முந்தைய காலங்களில் மாதக்கடைசியில் தீபாவளி வந்தால் அந்த மாதச் சம்பளத்தை முன்கூட்டியே வாங்கிய வரலாறும் உண்டு. ஆனால், இந்த ஆண்டு தீபாவளி கொண்டாட போன மாதச் சம்பளத்தை தீபாவளிக்கு முன்னதாக வழங்குமாறு கெஞ்சிக் கூத்தாடி வாங்கியதும் ஒரு வரலாறு ஆனது.

நிரந்தரத் தொழிலாளர்களின் நிலைமையே இதுவென்றால், ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களின் நிலைமையோ அந்தோ பரிதாபம். விட்டேனா பார் என்று வீரவசனம் பேசியவர்கள் எல்லாம் இன்று கூனிக்குறுகி கூழைக்கும்பிடு போடும்  அவல நிலை.

BSNL-க்கு மூடுவிழா என்று தீயாய் பரவிய வதந்திகள், சம்பளம் போடக்கூட பணமில்லை என்ற ஒன்றை பத்தாக்கி  கடன் சுமையில் தத்தளிக்கும் BSNL என்று பீதியை கிளப்பிய ஊடகங்கள், அண்ணன் எப்ப சாவான் திண்ணை எப்ப காலியாகும் என நினைத்து காசு கொடுத்து வதந்தி பரப்பிய சில தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள்.

இந்த சூழ்நிலையில், நாம் ஆவலுடன் எதிர்பார்த்த அந்த அறிவிப்பு வந்தே விட்டது. இந்த ஆண்டு தீபாவளி உண்மையாகவே நமக்கு இனிய தீபாவளி என்றே சொல்ல வேண்டும்.

BSNL நிறுவனமானது இழந்த பொலிவை மீண்டும் பெற்று நீடித்து நிலைத்து நிற்க, மத்திய அரசு எடுத்துள்ள நடவடிக்கை பாராட்டப்பட வேண்டிய ஒன்று. நமது சிந்தனையில்/பார்வையில் மாற்றம் தேவை, தடுமாற்றம் தேவையில்லை. வரவு குறையும் போது செலவும் குறைய வேண்டும் என்பது நியதி. 

BSNL நமது  நிறுவனம், அது ஆரோக்கியமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என நினைக்கும் அனைவரும் கசப்பு மருந்து சாப்பிட்டே ஆகவேண்டும். இது காலத்தின் கட்டாயம்.

அடுத்த தீபாவளி அனைவருக்கும் - வெளியேறுவோர் உள்ளேயிருப்போர் அனைவருக்கும் - நிச்சயம் இனிய தீபாவளியாக இருக்கும் என நம்புவோம். காலம் வெல்லும்.

துணிந்து நில், தொடர்ந்து செல், தோல்வி கிடையாது தோழா !

16/09/2019 அன்று நடைபெற்ற 8-வது உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பு தேர்தலில் தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் பெற்ற வாக்குகள் 18/09/2019 அன்று எண்ணப்பட்டன.  அகில இந்திய அளவில் 48,127 வாக்குகளை (43.44%) பெற்று BSNLEU முதலிடத்தையும், 39,132 வாக்குகளை (35.32%) பெற்று NFTE இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 4,829 வாக்குகளை (4.36%) பெற்று BTEU மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், 4,275 வாக்குகளை (3.86%) பெற்று FNTO நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

தமிழகத்தில் 3,838 வாக்குகளை (50.33%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 2,831 வாக்குகளை (37.12%) பெற்று BSNLEU இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 388 வாக்குகளை (5.09%) பெற்று FNTO மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், 111 வாக்குகளை (1.46%) பெற்று BTEU  நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

காரைக்குடியில் 171 வாக்குகளை (61.96%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 68 வாக்குகளை (24.64%) பெற்று FNTO இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 29 வாக்குகளை (10.51%) பெற்று BSNLEU மூன்றாமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

மதுரையில் 327 வாக்குகளை (39.25%) பெற்று NFTE முதலிடத்தையும் 325 வாக்குகளை (39.01%) பெற்று BSNLEU இரண்டாமிடத்தையும், 98 வாக்குகளை (11.76%) பெற்று FNTO மூன்றாமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.

கேரளா, ஜார்கண்ட், கொல்கத்தா தொலைபேசி ஆகிய மூன்று மாநிலங்களில் FNTO இரண்டாமிடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத் தக்கதாகும்.

இதில் கவனிக்க வேண்டிய விஷயம் என்னவென்றால், அகில இந்திய அளவில் முதலிடமும், தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் இரண்டாவது இடமும் பெற்றுள்ள BSNLEU சங்கம், ஜார்கண்ட் மற்றும் Northern Telecom. Region ஆகிய இரண்டு மாநிலங்களில் மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், BSNL தலைமையகமான கார்ப்பரேட் அலுவலகத்தில் (347-க்கு 19 வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி) நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.

அதேபோல, தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் முதலிடமும், அகில இந்திய அளவில் இரண்டாவது இடமும் பெற்றுள்ள NFTE சங்கம்,  கொல்கத்தா தொலைபேசி மற்றும் வடகிழக்கு-I ஆகிய இரண்டு மாநிலங்களில் மூன்றாமிடத்தையும், கேரளா மாநிலத்தில் (6482-க்கு 373 வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி) நான்காமிடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.

கடந்த 2016-ல் நடைபெற்ற 7-வது உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பு தேர்தலில் 2.96 சதவீத வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே வாங்கி நான்காமிடத்தைப் பெற்றிருந்த BTEU சங்கம், இந்த தேர்தலில் 4.36 சதவீத வாக்குகளை வாங்கி, FNTO-வைப் பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளி, மூன்றாமிடத்துக்கு முன்னேறியிருப்பதும் கவனத்தில் கொள்ளவேண்டிய விஷயமாகும். ஆந்திரா, குஜராத், இமாச்சல், ஹரியானா, மத்தியப் பிரதேசம், மஹாராஷ்ட்ரா, பஞ்சாப், ராஜஸ்தான், உத்திரப் பிரதேசம், தெலுங்கானா ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் BTEU சங்கத்தின் வாக்கு வங்கி உயர்ந்திருப்பதே அதற்குக் காரணமாகும்.

BSNLEU சங்கம் கொடுத்த அழுத்தத்தின் அடிப்படையில், எந்த சங்கமும் வேறெந்த சங்கத்துடனும் கூட்டணி அமைத்து தேர்தலில் போட்டியிடக் கூடாதென்று நிர்வாகம் உத்தரவிட்டிருந்த போதும், NFTE சங்கம் மறைமுகமாக TEPU, SEWA, SNATTA ஆகிய சங்கங்களுடன் மெகா கூட்டணி அமைத்து இந்தத் தேர்தலைச் சந்தித்தது ஊரறிந்த ரகசியம். எந்தக் கூட்டணியும் இல்லாமல் FNTO தனித்தே தேர்தலை எதிர்கொண்டது.  FNTO தனித்து நிற்பதைப் பலவீனமாகப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்த இரண்டு சங்கத்தினரும், FNTO உறுப்பினர்களைத் தங்களது இலக்காக்கிக் கொண்டு இல்லந்தோறும் சென்று பல்முனைத் தாக்குதல்களில் ஈடுபட்டு, ஜெயிக்கும் சங்கத்துக்கு வாக்களியுங்கள் என்று FNTO உறுப்பினர்களை வற்புறுத்தியும் மிரட்டியும் அவர்களது வாக்குகளைக் கவரக் கடும் பிரயத்தனம் செய்தனர். இவற்றையெல்லாம் புறந்தள்ளி, இந்தத் தேர்தலில் FNTO ஒன்றுமில்லாமல் போய்விடும், இரண்டு சதவீத வாக்குகளைக்கூட வாங்காது என்ற பலரது கனவுகளையும்/ஆரூடங்களையும் பொய்யாக்கி, 3.86 சதவீத வாக்குகளைப் பெற்று FNTO நான்காமிடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளதானது - தேசியச் சங்கத்தின் மீது நம் தோழர்களுக்கு இருக்கும் உறுதியான உணர்வின் வெளிப்பாடேயன்றி வேறில்லை.

மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை தேர்தல் வரும், போகும். ஆனால், ஐம்பதாண்டு காலப் பாரம்பரியம் கொண்ட, ஊழியர்களின் முன்னேற்றத்தை மட்டுமே குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டு பாடுபட்டு பல்வேறு சாதனைகள் புரிந்த தேசியச் சங்கம் - தோல்விகளைக் கண்டு துவண்டுவிடாமல், தொழிலாளர்களின் உரிமைகளுக்காகக் குரல் கொடுப்பதில் தொடர்ந்து முன்னணியில் இருக்கும் என்ற தோழர்களின் நம்பிக்கை வீண்போகாது.

தேசியச் சங்கத்தின் பிதாமகர் K.R. காட்டிய வழியில் நமது தொழிற்சங்கப் பயணம் தொய்வின்றித் தொடரும். காலம் வெல்லும்.

8th MV Election Meeting at Sivaganga - 12/09/2019

A well attended meeting in connection with the 8^th Membership Verification Election was held at Sivaganga of Karaikudi SSA on 12/09/2019 under the presidentship of Sri S.Arumugam, Branch Secretary. He welcomed every one and emphasized the need of voting for FNTO to save the BSNL and its employees. Sri A.Vasu, Branch Secretary, Tiruppattur and Circle Vice President delivered a brief speech on the election trend and the voting pattern during the past membership verifications. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District Secretary and Asst. General Secretary spoke elaborately about the achievements of FNTO since its formation and the sufferings of the employees due to the failures of the inefficient recognized unions. The meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sri A.Vincent Paulraj and members from Sivaganga, Manamadurai and Tiruppattur Branches participated with fervor.

8th MV Election Meeting at Karaikudi - 06/09/2019

A special meeting was held at GM(O), Karaikudi on 6/9/2019 in connection with the 8th Membership Verification Election. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District  Secretary and AGS presided over the meeting and delivered his  Presidential address. Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Circle President and Jt.GS elaborately spoke on the achievements of FNTO. Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary and AGS explained the failures of the recognized unions. Sri A.Vasu, Circle Vice-President, Sri S.Kalipandi, Circle Organising Secretary and Sri B.Manoharan, District Secretary, BDPA(I) were present on the dias. The need to Vote for FNTO in this election at this crucial juncture was stressed by one and all. About 50 members participated in the meeting enthusiastically.

TN Circle Working Committee - Madurai - 10/08/2019

Circle Working Committee meeting of FNTO, Tamil Nadu Circle was held at Madurai on 10/08/2019 in a grand manner. Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Joint General Secretary and Circle President of the union presided over the meeting and delivered his presidential address. Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary welcomed everyone and explained the aims and objectives of the meeting. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District Secretary, Karaikudi SSA inaugurated the CWC. Sri K.Vallinayagam, former General Secretary and Advisor of the union delivered his key-note address and introduced an unique method of group discussion among the activists towards the membership verification. After lunch, Sri M.Nainar, District Secretary, Tirunelveli SSA kick-started the debate on organizational review and all the District Secretaries and the Circle Office Bearers participated in the debate effectively. Finally, Sri R.Jayabalan, Circle Secretary of the union summed up the discussions held in the subject Committee and the meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sri S.Parthiban, Circle Treasurer. The District Union of Madurai SSA had made elaborate arrangements for the CWC meeting.

Resolutions passed in the CWC:

1.   BSNL Administration should invite all applicant unions and discuss the 3^rd wage revision issue immediately.

2.   BSNL Administration should invite all applicant unions and discuss about the revival package of BSNL immediately.

3.   At the same time, DOT should provide immediate financial assistance for meeting the essential and urgent needs of BSNL. DOT should ensure that BSNL’s service is not affected because of the present financial crisis by releasing the amounts due to BSNL from DOT immediately.

4.   Immediate arrangements should be made to make payment of the wage arrears due to the Contract Labourers for several months, considering the hardships faced by their families.

தமிழ் மாநிலச் செயற்குழு - 10/08/2019 - மதுரை

FNTO சங்கத்தின் தமிழ் மாநிலச் செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் 10/08/2019 சனிக்கிழமையன்று கூடல்மாநகர் மதுரையில் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. அகில இந்திய இணைப் பொதுச் செயலாளரும் தமிழ் மாநிலத் தலைவருமான  தோழர் D.சந்திரசேகரன் தலைமை வகிக்க, மாநிலச் செயலாளர் தோழர் R.ஜெயபாலன் வரவேற்புரையாற்றினார். காரைக்குடி மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் தோழர் G.முத்துக்குமரன் செயற்குழுவைத் துவக்கி வைக்க, முன்னாள் அகில இந்தியப் பொதுச் செயலாளரும் சங்க வழிகாட்டியுமான தோழர் K.வள்ளிநாயகம் சிறப்புரையாற்றினார். மதிய உணவு இடைவேளைக்குப் பிறகு, திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் தோழர் M.நயினார் அமைப்புநிலை விவாதத்தை தொடங்கிவைக்க, தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்துப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் வந்து பங்கேற்ற மாவட்டச் செயலாளர்களும், மாநிலச் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களும் விவாதங்களில் கலந்துகொண்டு தமது செழுமையான கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தனர். இறுதியாக, மாநிலச் செயலாளர் தோழர் R.ஜெயபாலன் விளக்கவுரையாற்றிடவும், மாநிலப் பொருளாளர் தோழர் S.பார்த்திபன் நன்றிநவில கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவடைந்தது. மதுரை மாவட்டச் சங்கம் மாநிலச் செயற்குழுவிற்கான சிறப்பான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்திருந்தது.

மாநிலச் செயற்குழுவில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள்:

1. BSNL நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக அனைத்து பதிவுபெற்ற சங்கங்களையும் அழைத்து, “3-வது ஊதிய உயர்வு” பற்றிய பேச்சுவார்த்தையை துவக்க வேண்டும்.

2. BSNL நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக அனைத்து பதிவுபெற்ற சங்கங்களையும் அழைத்து, “BSNL-ன் புனரமைப்பு” பற்றிய பேச்சுவார்த்தையை துவக்க வேண்டும்.

3. அதே சமயம், BSNL-ன் அத்தியாவசியத் தேவைகளுக்கான நிதியை DOT நிர்வாகம் ஒதுக்கித் தரவேண்டும். மேலும், BSNL-ன் Network சேவை பாதிக்காமலும், BSNL-க்கு வரவேண்டிய நிலுவைத் தொகைகள் கிடைப்பதற்கும் DOT நிர்வாகம் உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

4. பல மாதங்களாக ஊதியம் வழங்கப்படாமல் இருக்கின்ற ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு, அவர்களின் குடும்ப நலனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, உடனடியாக நிலுவை ஊதியத்தை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

FNTO & BDPA(I) Grand Function - 12/05/2019

A Grand Function was organized jointly by FNTO and BDPA(I) District unions of Karaikudi TD at Kannadasan Manimandapam, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu on Sunday, the 12/05/2019 on the eve of May Day celebrations. The function started with Flag hoisting ceremony at 10.30 Hours. The National Flag was hoisted by Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Jt. General Secretary of FNTO and Circle Secreatary of BDPA(I), Tamil Nadu Circle while the Union Flag was hoisted by Sri R.Jayabalan, Asst. General Secretary and Circle Secretary of FNTO, Tamil Nadu Circle. The “Kaviyarasu Kannadasan” statue was garlanded by our Chief Guest Dr.V.Manickavasagam, Former Dean & Registrar of Alagappa University, Karaikudi. Sri G.Muthukumaran, District Secretary of FNTO welcomed the gathering and explained about the aim and object of the function containing three parts.

A Seminar was conducted on “the revival and financial viability of BSNL – Workers part” which was presided over by Sri K.Vallinayagam, Ex. General Secretary of FNTO. In his presidential address, Sri K.Vallinayagam elaborated the various activities of FNTO to strengthen the BSNL organisation and pointed out the failures on the part of recognized unions in ensuring the financial viability of BSNL. The Chief Guest Dr.V.Manickavasagam explained about the past, present and future of BSNL in details, by giving a SWOT analysis on various aspects. He, as a proud and loyal customer of BSNL, appreciated the BSNL workers for their dedicated service. While Sri D.Chandrasekaran spoke about the IIM-A report and its implications on BSNL, Sri R.Jayabalan spoke about the acute necessity of strengthening of FNTO & BDPA(I).

A history was written at Karaikudi by releasing a book titled “How did BSNL workers get Government Pension – The History”. The book, which was compiled in Tamil with relevant orders by Sri K.Vallinayagam, Ex. General Secretary of FNTO and Advisor of BDPA(I), was released by Sri KR.Palanichamy, Circle President of BDPA(I), Tamil Nadu Circle and the first copy was received by Sri S.Ramakrishnan, DGM(Finance) Retired, Karaikudi, an active member of BDPA(I).

After lunch break, Felicitations to the leaders elected in both the All India Conferences of FNTO and BDPA(I) held recently at Hyderabad and Thiruvalla were conducted in a grand manner. The function was presided over by Sri KR.Palanichamy and Sri D.Chandrasekaran, Jt.GS, Sri R.Jayabalan, AGS, Sri G.Muthukumaran, AGS of FNTO as well as Sri M.Abdul Wahab, CWC Member, Sri K.Vallinayagam, Advisor, Sri S.Nambiar, Advisor of BDPA(I) were felicitated by the District Secretaries and other circle office bearers.

At last, felicitations to the retired FNTO members who had become new BDPA(I) members were conducted. Sri T.Vincentnathan, TT, Sri M.Ramachandran, TT, Sri T.Muruganathan, TT and Sri SP.Karuppiah, TT were felicitated and presented with shawl by the leaders on the dias. All the four retired members gave donations to the union with minimum amount of Rs.2000/- and maximum amount of Rs.10,000/- which showed their love and gratitude towards our organization.

Sri B.Manoharan, District Secretary of BDPA(I) offered vote of thanks and the function concluded successfully at 18.00 hours with National Anthem. More than 150 members had participated in the function all over from Tamil Nadu.

The Centre needs to act urgently to revive this strategically important PSU

The Centre must take immediate steps to revive Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd if it wants to achieve the objective of reaching 100 per cent tele-density in rural areas and keep telecom services affordable for the common man. While private operators have taken over the market with billions of dollars in investments and cost-efficient operations, India’s telecom consumers need a public sector entity like BSNL as an effective counter to any monopolistic venture that may arise due to the ongoing financial stress in the sector. From as many as nine operators, intense competition and below-cost pricing have reduced the number to just three players. The larger surviving operators, who have so far managed to sustain their operations, are under pressure to increase tariffs. The highly leveraged balance sheets of these operators could also force them to slow down the rollout of next-generation data networks to rural and economically unviable areas. In this context, it is important to have a strong PSU telecom company which will not only prevent private players from increasing tariffs as an easy means to escape financial stress but also ensure that rural consumers are catered to.

Reviving BSNL is tough, but not impossible. The once dominant public sector company has been reduced to a mere footnote, thanks to years of political interference and bureaucratic functioning. There have been many attempts earlier to improve the company’s operations, but most of them remain on paper. For example, a committee headed by Sam Pitroda, then advisor to the Prime Minister, offered a 15-point plan to turnaround the PSU, including trimming staff, divesting 30 per cent equity, adopting a managed services model for its various operations and inducting a chief executive from the private sector. This plan has not been acted upon.

Time is running out, though. BSNL has, in 14 years, moved from Navratna status to being declared as a sick PSU, with cumulative FY2009-18 EBIT losses of Rs.82,000 crore. To prevent any further erosion of value, the Centre must do three things. First, divest all the real estate land parcels owned by the company and invest the proceeds into buying all the technology BSNL needs to be at par with private players. Second, implement the proposals of the Pitroda panel, especially those related to cutting down staff costs and hiving off various businesses into different verticals. Here, the Centre can study how British Telecom, once a struggling PSU in the UK, was turned around. Finally, remove all political interference and appoint a strong, independent management to run the company. This will not only secure the future of BSNL, but also ensure that affordable digital services reach every nook and corner of the country.

தேசிய BSNL தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் – FNTO வின் அகில இந்திய மாநாடு பிப்ரவரி 3  மற்றும்  4-ம் தேதிகளில் ஹைதராபாத், ஒஸ்மானியா பல்கலைக்கழக வளாகத்திலுள்ள I.E.T.E. ஆடிட்டோரியத்தில் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது.  அகில இந்தியத் தலைவர் தோழர் தாமஸ் ஜான்.K தலைமையேற்க, வரவேற்புக் குழுவின் பொதுச் செயலாளரும் தெலுங்கானா மாநிலச் செயலாளருமான தோழர் ரஃபீக் அஹமது வரவேற்புரையாற்ற, அகில இந்தியப் பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் K.ஜெயப்பிரகாஷ் மாநாட்டைத் துவக்கி வைத்தார்.

பிப்ரவரி 3-ம் தேதி மாலையில் நடைபெற்ற பொது அரங்கு நிகழ்ச்சியில் INTUC அகில இந்தியத் தலைவர் தோழர் G.சஞ்சீவரெட்டி, NFTE பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் சந்தேஷ்வர் சிங், BTEU பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் R.C.பாண்டே, TOA-BSNL பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் அனில் திவாரி, ITEF-BSNL பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் S.V.S.சுப்ரமண்யம், BSNLMS பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் சுரேஷ்குமார், BSNLOA பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் கபீர்தாஸ், BSNLATM அகில இந்தியத் தலைவர் தோழர் அனில்குமார் , SNEA(I) உதவிப் பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் பத்மனாப ராவ், AIBSNLEA உதவிப் பொதுச் செயலாளர்  தோழர் ஸ்ரீனிவாஸ் ரெட்டி, BDPA(I) பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் D.D.மிஸ்திரி, FNTO வின் முன்னாள் பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் K.வள்ளிநாயகம் உள்ளிட்ட தலைவர்கள் வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினர்.

மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள் சார்பில் வரவேற்புக் குழுவின் தலைவரும் முன்னாள் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான திரு மல்லு ரவி, தெலுங்கானா சட்டமன்ற காங்கிரஸ் கட்சித் தலைவர் திரு மல்லு பட்டி விக்ரமார்க்கா மற்றும் அகில இந்திய காங்கிரஸ் கமிட்டியின் பேச்சாளர் திரு தஜோசு ஸ்ரவண் ஆகியோர் வாழ்த்திப் பேசினர்.

பொருளாய்வுக் குழுவில் செழுமையான விவாதங்களைத் தொடர்ந்து, அமைப்புநிலை மற்றும் நிதிநிலை ஆய்வுக்குப் பின் புதிய நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்வு நடைபெற்றது.

தோழர் தாமஸ் ஜான்.K அகில இந்தியத் தலைவராகவும், தோழர் K.ஜெயப்பிரகாஷ் பொதுச் செயலாளராகவும், தோழர் B.C.பாத்தக் அகில இந்தியப் பொருளாளராகவும் ஏகமனதாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப் பட்டனர்.

தமிழகத்தின் சார்பில், தோழர் D.சந்திரசேகரன் (வேலூர்) இணைப் பொதுச் செயலாளராகவும், தோழர் G.முத்துக்குமரன் (காரைக்குடி) மற்றும் தோழர் R.ஜெயபாலன் (கடலூர்) ஆகியோர் உதவிப் பொதுச் செயலாளர்களாகவும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப் பட்டனர்.

இந்த மாநாட்டின் சிறப்பம்சமாக, காரைக்குடி SSA-விலிருந்து அதிகபட்சமாக 34 சார்பாளர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு முதலிடம் பெற்றது குறிப்பிடத் தக்கதாகும்.
