A question for contract/casual labourers in BSNL

Smt. Brundha Karath M.P. has asked a question in favour of Casual/contract labourers in BSNL which is a starred question to be answered in Parliament. But we can be very sure that these contract/casual labourers will continue to suffer as on now --- we have a Government which disregards its own laws. Some usual reply will be placed on that day and everybody will forget about it . Here is the question
